Everything begins in the mind. Your vibe is a reflection of your mental state. If you give off a positive vibe, it means your mind is filled with positive thoughts. If you give off a negative vibe, it means it’s filled with negative thoughts.

Studies show that positive vibes lead to happiness, and it’s easier for us to be successful when we’re happy.

So in this article, we’ll explore habits that can help you unlock the power to radiate positivity to live a happy and fulfilled life.

1. Reframe Your Thoughts

Imagine your mind is a screen, you can only watch one thing at a time, but you have a controller to change channels. When a negative thought shows up, switch it to something positive.

Let’s say you’re preparing for an interview, and you hear a voice say: “I can’t do this” Reframe it!

You can sit on a chair somewhere quiet with your eyes closed. Observe your thoughts as they come and go.

Use your imagination to create a life of positivity. Imagine yourself spreading peace to the world.

Picture yourself healing from negative emotions.

When you do this, you’re training your brain to create more positive energy.
